This is the recipe that comes with our single Jolly Santa Cutter. This is a great recipe and if you want some versatility with how you like your cookies this is the recipe for you. You can choose between a cake like cookie (that keeps up its shape after baking) or more of a shortbread cookie it just depends on how much milk you add. This is also a very easy dough to work with although you should remember to frequently flour your cutter to make life easier when cutting out the cookies. The flavor is mild and these cookies taste great with frosting and sanding sugar. This is our families favorite.
