This is the recipe that we have in our Merry Xmas Set, Happy Days Set, Jolly Day Sets. This recipe is a very good one but not always easy to use. When you are mixing the dough it is very flaky and dry which makes it difficult but once you master the dough it works great! The dough falls right out of the cutter and hardly any flour needs to be used. The cookies themselves really hold there shape well when baked and are a crispier cookie. This is great for anyone who is planning on mailing the cookies because as the cookies age they get crunchier and really hold up nice. These cookies also use a lot of sugar so they are very sweet and adding frosting is not necessary, sanding sugar is always a nice touch though. This is a very good recipe to use with these cutters.
