This recipe is also very flaky and on the drier side. It is difficult to roll out but when you get the hang of it it works great. I would recommend rolling it out with the aid of a pastry cloth or parchment paper. When baking these cookies keep their shape very well and the taste is very mild so frosting and sanding sugar is a plus. These cookies are also pretty durable for shipping.
