Before you start, you will need -

Found in Aunt Chick's Merry Xmas Cookie Cutter Set
Royal Icing or Edible Paint (click link for recipes)
Piping bag with outliner and filler tips (found in our store)
Tiny White Non-Pariels (found in our store)
Egg white or corn syrup (w/ water)
Oyster Dragees (for decoration only) (found in our store)
Blue sanding sugar (found in our store)

1. Pipe royal icing or edible paint on every other ray and center - sprinkle with blue sanding sugar - push in oyster dragee.

2. Once that has had time to sit - brush remaining rays with egg white or corn syrup mixture and sprinkle on tiny white non-pariels.

3. Let sit 24 hours to assure that the royal icing hardens.
