Although all of our metal cutters will work for cutting out designs to decorate your pies here are a few that we recommend -

1. Follow your regular pie recipe and add one 8" pie crust (to increase dough).

2.
Use metal cookie cutters to cut shapes in extra pie dough.

3. Adhere shapes to pie crust with water. You can use a knife to create extra detail in shapes if you prefer.

4. You can also brush your crust with an egg yolk to help get that golden color - before baking.

5. Bake pie as usual - you may need to tent your crust with aluminum foil so crust doesn't get too brown. Remove tent at the end of baking.
