Before you start, you will need - 1. Make frosting and put small amount in 2 bowls and mix blue food coloring in to it one and red into the other.

2. First with decorator make white bands in zig zag pattern out from center.

3. Then the red shorter bands and finally make a swirly blue dot in the midde.

4. Place silver dragee in the middle.
