Gramma's Cutters - Cookie Cutters and Baking Supplies

Before you start, you will need -

• Aunt Chick's Star Cookie Cutter (found in our store)
• Frosting 
• Red and blue food coloring (found in our store)
• French Silver Dragees (found in our store)
• Decorator with star tip (found in our store)
• 2 extra bowls for mixing colors

1. Make frosting and put small amount in 2 bowls and mix blue food coloring in to it one and red into the other. 
2. First with decorator make white bands in zig zag pattern out from center. 
3. Then the red shorter bands and finally make a swirly blue dot in the midde.
   
4. Place silver dragee in the middle.
