How do I return a package?
OUR GUARANTEE: Gramma's Cutters Inc unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase products price. Shipping costs will only be refunded if order sent is incorrect or item is broken. If this is the case please contact Customer Service by clicking here.
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please click the print the return form below and complete the form. Then repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, and enclose your completed form inside. If you are not able to print the return form, please write out the information on a piece of paper.
For your convenience, the return form includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply attach the label to the outside of your package and send the package via tracked or insured US mail parcel post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the your returns label covers the old one.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a check will be sent to you. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
