How do I return a package?

OUR GUARANTEE: Gramma’s Cutters Inc. guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of the purchased product’s price. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the order sent is incorrect or the item is broken. If this is the case please contact Customer Service by clicking here.

How do I exchange an item?

Depending on the merchandise, exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis. The customer is responsible for the return shipping for all exchanges (unless the product was sent incorrectly).

Once the product is returned we will ship out the exchanged item.
